Blood and property damage in the 4th arrondissement

Yesterday night, a citizen called the police after hearing what seems to be a firefight near the Eiffel Tower. The police arrives after to see a scene of desolation, with broken walls windows and hints that war weapons were used.
Strangely, no bodies were to be found but a gallions of blood on the blood.
